"This work was the beginning in terms of my art practice...(in that it) informed how I would work with other people in my future works. In all its flaws, the video helped frame my questions around how video/films are produced: are there any other ways of working besides the hierarchical system (at times archaic) of film-making that the industry is used to? If what's left is an array of moments and memories that each person who has worked on the video can treasure, then is that not more important than the end product? A video full of memories of working towards a common goal, rather than a video that would ultimately lose its context in a gallery setting."
