Cooling Down is a short film that was made during the artist’s time on the International Residency programme at RM Gallery in Tāmaki Makaurau in 2014.

It began with a short prose poem the artist wrote about a babysitter who becomes "biologically more like a succulent, a cognisant succulent", and this in turn changes the way she dreams. The short film shows snippets from these dreams, which seem to express a queer desire for new beginnings and connections.
