Support CIRCUIT

Since 2012, CIRCUIT has been the leading voice for artist moving image in Aotearoa New Zealand. Through our annual programme of exhibitions, screenings and critical discourse, we support artists across Aotearoa to make, share and present their work.

We’ve commissioned more than 100 Aotearoa artists to create new films, and presented their work in galleries, festivals and public spaces throughout Aotearoa and internationally, from London to Bangkok to Juárez.

Our free-to-access website streams more than 1,200 videos, bringing the work of Aotearoa moving image artists into homes and educational settings. Our growing collection of writing, interviews and podcasts also makes the CIRCUIT website one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s longest-running platforms for critical discourse about art.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and honoured to represent and support the artist community in the years ahead. But we’re not immune to the pressures of an increasingly challenging arts funding environment. Your support will help us sustain and grow our programme, support our staff, and, most importantly, continue to create opportunities for artists to develop and share their work.

CIRCUIT is a registered charity, and we invite you to support us as an individual donor or grant-maker. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference.

To find out more or discuss how you can support CIRCUIT, please contact Mark Williams, Director, at director@circuit.org.nz.

Thank you for your support.
