In Departure, the movement of an anonymous figure through a harsh and inhospitable landscape is used to explore the concept of intangible journeys that are made through metaphysical landscapes of the mind. Pixels are enhanced by use of custom-made lens filters, to create new textures in the work, and eliminate superfluous detail.
