Elena (2017)

In a series of tableaux, scenes of fantasy, domesticity and religion overlap. An elderly woman lies on a rotating bed of roses staring at the camera which hovers above. On the soundtrack we hear lush romantic Latin pop. The image abruptly cuts to the same woman in a domestic lounge. Later, a Jesus figure is transformed into a young Adonis. Inbetween we see a shirtless man wash a car while another watches from inside.
