"Part of my exploration into postcards and landscapes, this triptych (Honey, Relax, Rinse) challenges the idea that my 'indigeneity' shows that I have an affinity with mother nature. Suggesting that this relationship is as artificial as any other tourist visiting the Pacific. Part of the Triptych, Relax is also an exploration of faux rituals when trying to understand my own relationship to nature."
