The image is recorded from the floor of a parking garage, a blurry DV image slowly pulsing in and out of focus. Patterson lowers his body onto small stones. The screen becomes bisected, concrete and flesh. The stones themselves remain unseen for the majority of the work, enveloped by the artist's body.
