Time and the Hunter (2017)

21 min 23 secSingle channel / transferred to Digital Video / Colour / Sound

"Time and the Hunter is a repetitious single-take anamorphic colour 16mm film shot with sound. A homage to humanities inescapable ceremonialism. A homage (among many) to the sunset. A homage to horizons, to time, and to role that repetition plays in the evolution of everything. A homage to Italo Calvino, Ursula Le Guin, and the 3x Scandinavian metal-heads from the 2008 Youtube viral video silently head-banging while making a campfire next to a lake."
