A selection of works by CIRCUIT artists will screen on the Auckland Live Digital Stage, Aotea Square, as part of Auckland Council's Matariki celebrations.
This year, Auckland Council’s theme for Matariki is Matariki ki te taiao, Matariki ki te whenua. Following this, Auckland Live! have selected a series of moving image works that are centred around Matariki and feature interconnected stories of whenua, taiao and wai, as well as urbanisation.
Works by Jamie Berry, Sarah Hudson, Layne Waerea, Kauri Wharewera, and Martin Awa Clarke Langdon with Rebecca Ann Hobbs will screen on the Auckland Live Digital Stage, Aotea Square in Tāmaki Makaurau on Friday 21 June and Saturday 29 June between 12 and 2pm.
