Studio 360 (2001)

2 min 31 secSingle channel / Digital Video / Colour / Sound

A video camera is set on the mechanism for a revolving record player in my studio in Customs Street to make a 360 degree revolving recording of my studio. My hand clicks the record player on and the camera starts to revolve, slowly at first and then it speeds up, occasionally catching my image as I circle around the room. The computer hardware captured by the camera now provides an historical snapshot of a media studio in the year 2001.
