Sam Hamilton

Sam Hamilton is an artist from Auckland Aotearoa/New Zealand who is currently based in Portland, OR, USA.

Over the past 12 years he has worked across film, sculpture, photography and sound. Hamilton describes his artistic practice as “pluralistic, modular and nomadic. A complex of elastic generalism perpetually oscillating between the outward expansion of defined lines of flight and the cyclical collapse of things back to systemic coherence.”
